What data goes where.
In short: this site does not track you, and the application keeps almost everything on your own PC. The only thing that leaves it is license activation data.

1. This site
- Static pages. No cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, or forms.
- No resources are loaded from third parties. Fonts and scripts are served from this domain.
- The scripts on the pages do not send data anywhere; the site's security policy forbids it.
- As with any other site, the server and Cloudflare, which deliver the pages, process IP addresses and request data in order to serve the pages and maintain security.
2. What the application stores on your PC
All of it is in %LOCALAPPDATA%\GMI-L2M and in the settings folder you choose:
- Each character's settings (
settings.json) and the account groups. - Session recordings and diagnostic bundles. Diagnostic bundles contain images of the game screen.
- Teach results: click points and reference images from your client.
- Evidence files: numbers and step names, with no screen images, settings, or character names.
None of this is sent automatically. A file leaves your PC only when you send it yourself, for example when asking for help.
3. License activation
In release builds, the application contacts our activation server over HTTPS at activation and at each periodic check. What is sent:
- the activation code;
- two device identifiers in hashed form, derived from Windows and hardware identifiers. Not your computer name, your user name, or the contents of your files;
- a public key that the application generates on that PC, and a single-use random number;
- the application's build identifier.
The server keeps a record of the license and the device bound to it, limited to what is needed to check the license. As with any other internet connection, the server also sees your IP address.
4. Ask Claude, if you use it
The Recordings page has an optional Ask Claude button. If you press it and approve its prompt, the last image and a summary of that bundle are sent to Anthropic for analysis, using your own API key. Without that button, no recording is sent.
5. What is never collected
- Game account passwords or login details.
- Images of the game screen, settings, or character names, unless you send them yourself.
- Browsing history or the contents of other files on your PC.
6. Deleting data
Local data is gone when you delete the application's data folder. For the license record on the server, contact the admin through the official channel.
